Green Grass Eyes

Green Grass Eyes is a series of collages made from archival inkjet prints on matte paper and gouache on paper. This series began with the simple realization of how good it feels to look at green grass. The works’ results are a somewhat disorienting play with perception, nature, and scale. The viewer assumes a scale not quite human as he or she piers through cutout holes of paper and views over sized, green blades of grass.
